Bringing
Characters
to Life
Created for Disney’s Halloween event, this playful campaign introduces the Wickies—a new collection inspired by beloved Disney characters. The background was filmed on location at Disneyland, with the animated characters later integrated into the live-action footage. Each shot required careful tracking and compositing to match the camera movement, lighting, and colour tone, making the characters feel naturally present in the real environment.

One of the key challenges in this project was seamlessly blending the animated character into the live-action footage. Every movement, lighting detail, character reaction, and interaction had to feel natural, ensuring the animation became a believable part of the story rather than simply being placed on top of the scene.
